The way these positions can increase enjoyment and help women reach orgasm is of great interest and is often studied and talked about by experts in the field.
Which sexual positions do girls like the most?
A study in the “Journal of Sexual Medicine” might give us some clues.
The study asked 21,038 straight people (11,225 men and 9,813 women) about their favorite positions, using a survey with questions and simple pictures of 13 different positions. They also asked how much pleasure each position brought them.

The most common positions are called A, E, and H in their pictures. These positions are:
1. Man on top, also known as missionary – 80% of men and women ranked this.
2. Woman on top – chosen by 40% of both men and women.
3. From behind – preferred by 38% of men and 42% of women.
The study also looked into which positions are the most satisfying. Turns out, a lot of women say they enjoy positions that allow for deep penetration.
It even said that the ‘woman on top’ position might help women reach orgasm more often because it lets them control the movement and how deep the penetration is. But the kneeling or rear-entry positions might not make things as wet.
This research gives us better insight into what people enjoy in the bedroom. But the big question is how we can help women get to orgasm faster in their favorite positions.
How can she reach orgasm quicker?
Men and women often experience pleasure differently during sex. Men can quickly get aroused (get an erection) and can also quickly climax (ejaculate), usually taking just 3 to 5 minutes.
Women usually take a bit longer. They need more time for sexual feelings (like desire and getting wet) to build up, and to reach orgasm, they may need around 10 to 15 minutes of being turned on.
But there’s something unique about women – they can have multiple orgasms one after the other. Once men climax, they usually need a break before they can go again, but women don’t always need this rest.
So, for a woman to have an orgasm, three things are essential: the right kind of arousal, enough pleasurable stimulation, and the proper touching of her sensitive spots. With these, a woman can experience not just one orgasm but potentially several in a row.
